Burn out (May 15, 2002, 2 AM)

I was given a lengthy dream. In the dream, I was driving my car down the highway and suddenly ran upon stalled traffic. I was unable to stop completely. To avoid running into someone I guided to the left side and onto the shoulder of the road. Cars were stalled on the highway as far as I could see. It was somewhat hazy and rather poor visibility, as in the aftermath of a large fire. I wondered why everyone was stalled since I could see no evidence of a collision. No tow trucks, police cars nor ambulance was in sight. So, I proceeded very slowly along the side of the road. At first, the stalled vehicles I saw had people in them, but the farther I went I noticed that many had been abandoned. There were many vehicles of all sorts, small cars and large ones, vans, trucks of all sorts. As I proceeded farther, I observed that the highway which had been there was now a washed out ditch or creek, evidently created by violent flooding. Bridges were washed out, but there were small sections where a few trees and grass appeared. Then further down the road, I saw what must have been the beginning of the disaster. Fire had left nothing. All vegetation and trees were charred black or gone. I drove and drove slowly for perhaps miles observing this long line of burned out vehicles. I was particularly impressed by a few large tanker trucks which had obviously been carrying flammables such as petroleum products.

I noticed I was approaching an embankment so I turned the wheel, but the car turned only slightly and I had no power to stop or turn. I felt my vehicle slowly begin to tilt and slip toward the canyon or ravine.

I desperately cried out to Jesus, realizing that without his help I would perish. Miraculously, it seemed I was guided through many rough and narrow treacherous places so as to avoid colliding with trees and boulders as well as from falling into the bottom of the canyon. Then the car came to a stop. It was still on a very dangerous slope. Somehow I got out and with supernatural strength grabbed the front end of the car and lifted (almost threw it) away from the danger zone. I was so elated that I began dancing with the car. (A dancing car may seem strange, but in the dream it seemed normal.) The vehicle then became a person whom I have known many years. This friend and I then were rejoicing and praising and giving thanks as we danced exuberantly unto the Lord. – End of dream

Interpretation:

This is another confirmation of the fiery judgment which God is sending on this nation and the world. The traffic of industry being halted bringing about a scarcity of many products. Trucking and transportation of goods being hampered and stopped in some locations. Burned out vehicles representing business that couldn’t take the heat, etc. The large tanker trucks representing the oil and gas industry being severely damaged by the coming disasters.

My vehicle (my ministry) going through rough and treacherous places yet God will protect and give supernatural strength to continue, thus bringing great rejoicing. The friend I rejoined has much of my vision and world outreach and represents those with whom I will be linked with in Spirit and in future ministry.

The End of Interpretation

The same night (May 15, 2002)

As I sought the Lord for the interpretation, I fell asleep again and had another dream. The dream:

I was given a newspaper article written by a man whom I knew to be a prophet. It was very lengthy and I was not given time to read any of it word for word. But rather was made aware of what it said by simply “absorbing” it into my knowledge. I just kindly assimilated the information in a short moment of time. When I awoke, I was in awe of the revelation and knew I must record the details as quickly as possible to keep it from slipping away from me.

With the help of the Holy Spirit, I will with my best effort try to transcribe what the prophet had written. Most or perhaps all I knew to be the Lord speaking in the first person. This was the current (end time) revelation of the Scripture in First Kings regarding Elijah, the prophet in confrontation with Baal worship.

The prophecy begins in Malachi 4. Quote “For behold the day cometh that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble; and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

But unto you that fear my name shall the Son of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.

Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.

Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord;

And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

A man sent from God to prepare the way for my Son, to make a straight path for your feet. I gave him no miracles to perform and yet he baptized eternity’s greatest miracle, he faithfully heralded the coming of my anointed Son and Savior of the world. Thus this man Elijah, John was noted the greatest of men because of his life, his commission and deeds, but also because he holds the distinction of being the last prophet martyr to give his life before my Son gave his.

So also, this modern day Elijah, which I now have in hiding, shall once again and for all time prepare the way for the age to come.

Even though the faith of John was great enough to far surpass the miracles performed by Elijah of old, it was my purpose and design that none of these occur. All the glory was to go to my Son.

The thing that I have sought for from the beginning of man’s creation shall soon be accomplished at the revelation and ministry of Elijah’s coming. That is to turn the hearts of people to God and to one another in love. No miracles were performed by John, but the greatest of power and authority and miracles will be performed by this Elijah. An anointing greater than has been previously experienced will burn throughout the land in the hearts of my servants and the world shall soon know even as pharaoh finally admitted – I am the Lord. Even as Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel’s day boasted of his great kingdom which he had built, yet in a moment of time with one small and simple act I dethroned this world ruler until he knew that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men and gives it to whom he will.

Once again the day cometh that shall burn as an oven, and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly shall be stubble.

Just as Ahab, king of Israel, married Jezebel, the daughter of a foreign king, who made baal worship the principle religion, so have many idols and foreign gods been revered amongst my people. The series of events in Elijah’s life and ministry were not just occurrences, but rather a plan executed by me, the Almighty. The plan then was to purify my people with the destruction of baal and reestablish true worship of me as their Lord and God.

So how was the plan set about?

Mount Carmel’s fire, let’s call it “Burn out.”

Step number one was not much fun

Go to the king; and tell him something,

No dew nor rain will come in this land

As saith the Lord before whom I stand.

Elijah then went to the river to hide.

Trust me now I’ll be your guide.

Drink of the brook till the waters subside

And wait on the Lord and in him confide

And if you wonder what you’ll eat

I have a plan no one can defeat

For I’ve commanded the ravens that fly

To bring you food right from the sky.

You may get hungry but you won’t die

Until the day the brook runs dry.

Then I’ll send you another way

You’ll do well if you do what I say.

Now of John’s mother not much was told

Similar to Elijah John’s mother of old

Her hair was silver but her heart was gold

Although not much is said in the book

About these moms who seemed mostly

To wash and cook.

Much will be said when the record is read

They gave themselves, their love, their smile

To put in the heart of my chosen child

Much more influence than anyone knows,

A mother’s influence, that’s just how it goes.

Changing diapers and washing little feet

Isn’t a fragrance that’s always sweet

But while down here you hold your noses

Heaven’s reward will be better than a bed of roses.

Yes, the influence of a mother in many cases is even greater than a father. In the case of Elijah of old, his mother had such an influence upon him that his ministry would not have been nearly what it was without her. So today, I have presented many of my infants and tender young souls into the hand of mothers who honor and respect the authority that I placed over them. For some, this is very difficult. However, it must be this way for them to instill into my young army the value of turning the hearts of fathers to their children and the children to their fathers, because it starts with mothers.

So again, too many kings in my kingdom have ruled by their own selfish ambition and authority and made themselves lords instead of examples of service as servants. Even as Ahab was influenced by Jezebel to stone Naboth in order to take possession of his vineyard, so they have stoned my prophets and those to whom I give my inheritance in order to enlarge their own borders.

Yes, Jezebel has raised her children, children of strife and division, but I have put my chosen children in the hands of faithful mothers even as Elizabeth was given to raise John the Baptist.

But just as Jezebel destroyed over 400 of my prophets, I set the stage once again for the final conflict of Mount Carmel where Elijah destroyed Jezebel’s prophets of Baal and restored allegiance to Me.

John, being the forerunner to my son, Jesus, set the stage for many victories. Restoring the baptism of repentance was necessary then as also it is important once again to raise up this foundation for Jesus Christ to continue building his church.

Much is fulfilled in John as the forerunner to Christ. But there is a modern day fulfillment which has begun to transpire. As Baal worship was most prevalent amongst the chosen people of God, so also another form of Baal worship has invaded the modern day church. Elijah, under the Holy Spirit’s guidance, prayed that it rain not. By the space of 3 ½ years, there was no rain. Others were desiring and praying for rain and King Ahab was looking for Elijah to put him to death. But God had him hidden and was supernaturally sustaining him from a small brook while the ravens delivered him his food.

In these days there are many true prophets of God who are warning God’s people to prepare for the famines and pestilence ahead. The prophets and intercessors who understand the signs of the times have seen and warned of the devastation that is coming upon the world as the judgment of the Lord begins to sweep through the land.

After the judgments of the Lord have begun to fall, I will begin to release those who have been hidden away and have learned to wait in my presence and hear my voice.

Many of these Elijah ministries have been hidden. Their ministries have been subdued, persecuted and denied even to the point that those few who have spoken out have felt like Elijah who said, “Lord, they have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thy alters, and slain the prophets, and I only am left; and they seek my life.” God’s answer to Elijah is the same today.

“I have 7000 that have not bowed the knee nor kissed Baal.” These shall soon be released with a holy zeal from their hiding and they shall be used to shake nations as the Lord honors their word even as he honored the word of Elijah and shut the heavens and there was no rain. Many have advertised their strong faith that can move mountains, but even as Elijah experienced the great wind that tore the mountains and broke the rocks, those who are truly hidden in Christ know that there are many winds of doctrine which come in the name of the Lord, but God is still with those who are hid away in the closet listening for this still small voice. After the earthquakes have shaken many who are unstable, after the fires have attacked those who seek for the loaves and fishes of this world, after the winds of doctrine have blown the empty clouds away that contain no rain. Then I shall place the last trumpet in the hands of my separated and holy servants. For I hold in my hand a deck of trumps that will take the final hand.

Every knee shall bow and tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

For when all the cards are on the table

All hands feeble and knees unstable

So bow to me now

While you’re still able

You’ll find I’m a kind

And merciful God

Yes, the trumpet will sound loud and clear

He that hath an ear, let him hear

Life is a treasure many hold dear

It comes only from me,

Who do you fear?

Those who know me fear nothing at all

Like David who stood up to the giant so tall

And boldly declared Goliath will fall

He wasn’t alarmed at the sight of the sword

For he came in the name

Of our awesome Lord.

Yes, I have a purpose for all things

And a plan which I, the almighty God,

Will execute for my word has never

failed. Put your trust in me.
