Dream

About the first of September 1999, I dreamed Jesus was cleansing the temple. As I watched, the money changers and their commodities were being driven out and the tables overturned. Then I heard a voice stern and resolute “And it shall be cleansed.” Again he spoke, “And it shall be cleansed.” As I awoke, I heard it the third time, “And it shall be cleansed.”

Interpretation

One of the judgments God is sending on this nation will be on the economy. The church shall be cleansed of its self indulgence and extravagance.

As I saw in a previous dream, three huge tidal waves bringing their destruction. I believe the repeating of the phrase “And it shall be cleansed” represents three major phases of God’s judgments on the world economic system. Each growing in its intensity.
