The Lord Reigns

The Lord reigns. Let all the earth and all creation know that I the Almighty God reigns in all the earth. Oh, my people, you must know that I have not forsaken the earth. These times of trouble which lie ahead are only the birth pains to a new day which will soon dawn. A woman who is in labour must endure to the end. To give up too soon is only to lose. To be unprepared is foolish, and not to believe that pain will come is to be ignorant of my ways.

There is nothing you can do to stop the travail of the whole creation which is now beginning to suffer the effects of its lewd character brought about by its alignment with the prince of darkness.

Many will fight to preserve what has given them assurance in the past. The things in which they have been accustomed to trust in, like a platform built of wood and laid on sand, in which the vermin, and earthly creatures have been nibbling away for centuries until it is too weak to hold the weighty structure of man's destruction and abuse. So the whole creation shall know that I am God and that my thoughts and purposes shall stand and the ways of man shall come to an end.

I have called you my people to rest in Me, to abide in Me. I have not called you to dead works. Works which are ultimately doomed to failure and total loss. Many will fight on a political platform. This is one of those which man has structured of which I referred to as termite ridden. It has never stood the test. Even as my people of Israel desired a king and I allowed them to have their king. So again my people desire a king. Someone they can look to to change the governments and hope their freedoms will remain for them to enjoy.

Do you not know and understand that my kingdom is not of this world? Have I not said to beware of the leaven of Harod? Is it not true that some trust in chariots and horses? Military strategies and power will not stop what I am doing, for it is not by might nor power but by my spirit, saith the Lord.

When I sent my Son into the earth, they wanted to make him king and he refused but went and hid himself from them because I had already made him king. Whose kingdom are you in and what kingdom are you fighting for? Saul of Tarsus fought for an earthly kingdom with great zeal before he saw the light. After that he zealously fought for that Kingdom of light.

Although he never again desired to be an influence in the political arena, I brought him before kings and men of great political stature and pomp. Did he plead for political reform? His concern was the same as that of mine. It was for the souls of men.

What are you zealous for? Are your concerns those of self and your own future well being?

It is time to put your trust in Me. If you really knew Me, you would have no fear of the future, for you would know that the future is in My hands. What must I do for you that I have not already done? Have you gotten your eyes off the cross and the work of my Son? Read again the final sentence, "It is finished."

Satan is defeated. Take your eyes off of what he is doing and keep your eyes on Me. If you do this, you too will fight a good fight to the end and you can then repeat the words with Jesus, my Son, as well as with my apostle, Paul. I have finished my course, and so from this time and forever, there is laid up for me a crown of life. He that saveth his life shall lose it. Are you seeking a way to save your life, your possessions, your future, your retirement?

The only benefits that I see of any lasting value are those which are preserved forever and pay eternal dividends. Which have you chosen? What shall it profit if you gain the whole world and lose your soul?
