The Universe

Henry Wiebe Oct. 2001

I create Life, I give Life, I am Life; Life and breath to plant, animal and the sea, to man and to the universe. All life is in Me. The universe, this giant you behold in the night as you lift your eyes to the sky, like all that is alive, must have breath to survive.

This giant too has a heart. Tired and stressed, no longer at its best. It's time to be renewed. Soon she shall be born again. Restored along with fallen man.

As a marathon runner to the finish comes in, he's strained every muscle and nerve struggling to win. So has my creation been strained and exhausted, and so it now faces the final conflict in earth and heavenly places.

I have allowed this giant to run undeterred although groaning with pain and injustice.
